Talina’s view on confinement
what was your most difficult challenge
during lockdown?
For me, it was to have a more limited freedom of movement, because I am a very active person, I like to be everywhere at the same time. Brussels has been my home for more than 20 years, I love Brussels, but this love was not love at first sight! The confinement allowed me to rediscover Brussels and its surroundings mainly by bike, an incredible experience! How beautiful our city is!
What is your most surprising/
funny anecdote during lockdown?
Like everyone else, I missed my best friends terribly and one day we decided to go on an adventure. We spent the evening looking at the stars in a hammock in the middle of the Forêt de Soignes. We slept there and laughed until dawn. It was beautiful and cheerful. The next day we were fully recharged and ready to face this confinement with hope.
what would you like to achieve
after confinement?
If the lockdown has shown me one thing, it is how beautiful our city is and how much there is still to discover. I will definitely continue to do so!
The lockdown has taught me to intertwine work, family, sport and fun instead of seeing them as separate entities. I like this so I try to keep this win-win combination.
My last but certainly one of the most important resolutions is of course to make a success of Crowd Cooks. A sustainable and successful company that supports its customers in their win-win combination of work and home!
